Mr. Super Smooth Clear Matt from Mr. Hobby (GSI Creos) is an advanced lacquer-based flat topcoat spray formulated with fluorine additives to create an exceptionally smooth, high-grade matte finish. Unlike conventional flat coats that can occasionally leave a chalky or cloudy white haze, this specialized formulation uses micro-fine matte particles that coat surfaces evenly, creating a velvety, soft-touch texture.

The addition of fluorine significantly reduces surface friction between articulated parts, helping to prevent paint scratching and chipping during dynamic posing on Gunpla, character models, and figures. Even applied directly over bare, unpainted plastic, it effectively removes the plastic sheen, giving the model a refined, professionally painted appearance.
